2. What is the battery standby time and talk time?
 
Don't believe everything you read on the Internet. We often see our competitors claim many times the standby you might expect to get. Standby times are always difficult to estimate. Standby time and talk time can vary because of what type of phone you have, geography, strength of signal, your service provider, etc. Our estimates for standby and talk time are very conservative. We work to under-promise and over-deliver by bringing you the best cell phone batteries on the market at  competitive prices. 
 
3. How do I know what model of phone I have?
 
There are two main places to look for the model of cell phone you may have. First and foremost, if the manual is still available to you, it's a sure bet you'll find the model of your phone written somewhere in the front pages. Most of the time you can easily learn your phone model from the phone itself. Simply remove the battery from the phone and look on the inside part of your phone. The model should be inscribed on a label that faces the belly of the battery.

4. What does OEM mean?
 
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer, referring to the particular maker of the battery. OEM batteries, often referred to as "original" batteries, are listed with their part number for easy reference.
 
5. What is an aftermarket battery?
 
An aftermarket battery is one that hasn't been made by the original manufacturer (i.e. Nokia, Motorola, etcテャャャャャe). Although their original maker doesn't make them, the aftermarket batteries we carry are made to the exact specifications as OEM batteries.

11. What does mAh stand for?
 
This term stands for Milli-Amperes per hour, and it is used to measure a battery's power capacity. mAh is linear scale which means that the higher the mAh number the greater the total amount of stand-by time and talk time it provides. For example, a 1200mAh battery will last twice as long as a 600mAh battery. Please see Standby and Talk Times for your phone.

13. How do I return an item for exchange,  or money back?
 
Quality customer service is the name of the game at WD Battery. We will replace your item or refund your money without a hassle and we can usually ship an exchange . 14. How are orders shipped and how much does it cost?
 
We offer UPS ground service that is shipped out in timely manner. Our minimum charge for shipping is 4.99  for product purchases $25.00 and under. The next  shipping increment is $25.01 to $40.00 . The charge is 7.99 . If your total product  purchase price is more than $40.01 there is no shipping charge. 
 
15. How long will it take to ship my order?
 
Prompt delivery is our specialty at WD Battery.  Your order will be shipped the next day  by UPS Ground if ordered by 3:30Pm of prevoius day.  Orders placed after 2:00PM on Friday will be shipped on Monday. Please note  WD Battery does not ship weekend days.

16. Will I get an email confirmation of my order?
 
We will send you an email when you place your order.  If you give us an email address, we will send the confirmation but that doesn't mean you'll definitely get it. If you do not receive it, check to see if you have a spam blocker or an ISP that might be rejecting the message. Please email us at customerservice@wdbattery.com if you want us to resend. Also, we do not sell your email or share it with anyone else. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
 
17. What is your warranty?
All of our batteries come with a Manufacturer's Warranty for 1 full year from the date of you receive your order. If WDBattery finds that any part was defective in materials or workmanship we will replace it with a new battery at no charge to you. Proof of original purchase date is required. This warranty does not cover batteries that have been improperly installed, maintained, or repaired, or batteries that have been subject to misuse, abuse, accident, physical damage, abnormal operation, abnormal handling, neglect, exposure to fire, water or excessive changes in climate or temperature, or batteries with warranty stickers or product serial numbers that have been removed, altered, or rendered illegible. Our warranty applies to the original owner only and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or a clear copy of it. Shipping for all returned items must be paid for by sender. We will pay all shipping costs to send back a replacement item.
 
We also want you to have complete faith in our company and our batteries. To this end we stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 30 days and we will gladly refund your money. All refunds will be for the original purchase price (and any sales tax if applicable), excluding shipping and handling fees. We will pay all shipping costs for UPS Ground shipping to send back a replacement item(s).
 
 
 
 
18. Our policy is to provide our customers with superior customer service. All of our products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the product(s) to us within 30 days and we will refund the full product price.
 
Disclaimer: Our replacement products may not be the Original Equipment from the Manufacturer, however they are tested and are certified to be 100% OEM Compatiabile.  Many times our products are the only replacement as the manufacturer does not carry or no longer supports a particular device.  Returns for items based on the reason that it is not from the manufacturer are not valid and will not be honored.  Any return that is received will be subject to a 25% restocking fee for violating these terms.
